Putting the pieces together at The Puzzle Centre

Middle Claydon's Location
Our next stop on the Tuesday takes us to Middle Claydon where we will be visiting The Puzzle Centre.

The Puzzle Centre is an Independent school specialising in early intervention for preschool aged children with communication and autism spectrum disorders since 2001.

The aim of the school is to improve the lives of children with these disorders and those around them both locally and nationally.

The school itself is a one off but because of their success, they are often used as a leading example for other organisations, which are interested in tackling the same issues and provide training courses throughout the Country to help raise awareness and understanding on a more national scale.

Using the combined expertise of Teachers and Speech and Language Therapists, The Puzzle Centre offers a specialised curriculum focusing on developing a child’s communication and interaction in a fun and caring environment, with their heart and core development lying in the nursery provision.

The Puzzle Centre provides education, support and research
for early years in autsim
It is not only the children who receive the help they need at the centre. Puzzle recognises that the whole family is involved and commit themselves to working with parents in close partnership to try and help their children’s needs.

Their focus is on the family unit as a whole not just the children’s development.

At Puzzle, parents with children suffering from autism and similar communication difficulties are given the information, support and guidance needed to help them provide for their children’s need, now and in future years.
